Thank you for subscribing to a Skype class at English Momentum. You now have your first month’s English Momentum Credits (EM Credits) in your account.You can see them if you go to “<a href=”https://www.englishmomentum.com/my-account/”>My Account” -> “My EM Credits</a>”. More EM Credits will be added each month as you pay your monthly subscription fee.
Now, you need to use your EM Credits to schedule your classes for this month. Follow the steps below.
NOTE: Make sure your shopping cart is empty before you schedule a class. You cannot put items to be paid for with money and items to be paid for with EM Credits in the same cart.
Step 1:
Go to “Online Training” –> “Courses” –> “Booking Calendars (Skype)”.
Step 2:
Click on “My Booking Calendar”.
Step 3:
It will show you the class you subscribed to. It also shows you how many EM Credits you need to book a class hour. Click on “View Availability”.
Step 4:
Use this calendar to schedule a class:
- Click on the calendar to choose a day.
- The available times will show up right below the calendar. Choose a time.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
Step 5:
You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will see your class. Check the dates and times before you go through checkout.
Step 6:
Return to this calendar by clicking on the Skype class name in the form to schedule your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th weeks of classes. When you are finished booking, check your dates and times. Then, click on “Proceed through checkout”.
Step 7:
Go through checkout and “pay” for the class with your EM Credits. Agree to the Terms & Conditions. Then click “Place Order”.
